MEET ALISON

Alison is an experienced leadership and developmental coach with a background in linguistics, ontological coaching, mindfulness, DEI practices, somatics, EQ, and deep transformational frameworks. She’s held many different roles over her career, yet no matter her title at work or at home she’s always been drawn to connecting with people—helping them to see their unique traits, strengths, and abilities. She has seen time and time again how coming together to share our authentic selves, stories, and journeys creates deeper relationships, understanding, and meaning in our lives.

She’s experienced firsthand the incredible effect that coaching can have and because of this she received her first credential in 2017 and has been coaching professionally ever since. Alison is dedicated to helping people forge paths that are best for them—in work and in life. Creating space for her clients to be seen and heard, partnering with them to clarify and reach their goals, and supporting them in moving through challenges and releasing limiting beliefs brings her endless joy and fulfillment. This profession is a gift that Alison feels extremely grateful to practice. She’s seen how coaching helps people to understand themselves better—leading to greater flexibility, choice, and fulfillment in life. Being welcomed into each client’s life, sharing in their journey, and witnessing their growth and renewed confidence is meaningful to her beyond words.

Personally, Alison is a dedicated mom to her son and their pup, Domino, and counts them as two of her most cherished and impactful teachers. She’s proud to come from the SF Bay Area and loves exploring the endless richness and stories it has to offer. She’s an avid cook, reader, and lifelong learner. She cares deeply about making healing and growth practices more accessible to all and is committed to her continued education in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice work. She finds peace and healing through movement, art, community, nature, and, of course, in supporting others throughout this journey we call life.

Alison is currently pursuing her PCC certification in Ontological Coaching through an ICF-certified program.
